I am seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to join my client's team in Bromsgrove. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the company's online presence by optimising websites, increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, and elevating the quantity and quality of incoming leads.

As the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will encompass expanding and refining the company's footprint through innovative marketing initiatives. This includes spearheading digital lead generation campaigns, optimising website user experience, and executing brand awareness campaigns across various marketing channels. The company embraces flexibility in work arrangements, offering a hybrid role that allows for a mix of office and remote work, accommodating individual preferences and needs.

The ideal Marketing Manager will have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing management.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Proven success in developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Good working knowledge with WooCommerce/WordPress or a similar ecommerce platform i.e. Magento2 CMS etc
• Experience in email marketing, SEO, and PPC lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

The package:

• Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 0815 – 1645.
• 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
• Annual Leave allowance is 22days plus bank holidays rising to 25 days after 3 years with the opportunity to buy up to 5 days of unpaid leave per annum.
