Our client is a successful and forward-thinking Property Investment business, with many years of industry experience, and a strong international client base , they specialise in selling off plan developments to UK and overseas investors. Due to growth we are looking for an experienced B2C Marketing Manager who is ambitious, proactive and wants to build a talented team as the marketing function moves in house. This is a great role for someone who is digitally strong, driven and wants to progress to Head of Marketing level.
Main Duties as Marketing Manager
- Lead the B2C marketing function and devise the overall marketing strategy alongside the directors
- Work with the senior management team on commercial objectives and building a robust strategy across all channels to support the planned company growth
- Build brand awareness and consistency
- Implement a variety of techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate leads
- Monitor lead generation, cost of acquisition and ROI
- Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies, alongside external digital agencies where needed
- Devise, implement and manage email marketing strategies
- Website content creation: improving data capture and lead generation for new audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Ownership of campaign marketing reports and communicating activities to the wider business
- Creating compelling collateral for events and digital products, where campaign is owned, that can also be used for lead generation on website.
- Produce all offline collateral for client pitches, events and exhibitions working with suppliers as needed for design
- Creation and distribution of press releases
- Monitor digital performance and produce regular reports
- Oversee marketing intelligence and providing actionable insight to MD
- Innovate, keep abreast of emerging technologies, and present new marketing platforms and strategies
Main Skills and Experience as Marketing Manager
- Possess strong experience in B2C Marketing ideally within a similar lead generation focused environment in a Marketing Manager role
- Able to work autonomously and take responsibility
- Possess excellent digital knowledge across PPC and SEO, and knowledge of working with digital agencies
- Able to produce engage and innovative content to deliver results
- Have good experience of devising email marketing campaigns and using automation software such as Mailchimp, Marketo etc
- Ideally have experience of working within a high growth business
- Able to devise engaging content using a mix of media across a variety of platforms
- Analytical and using to using tools such as Hootsuite, Google analytics, to monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Data focused and used to using CRM s effectively
- An ambitious, self motivated and commercial nature
- Used to working closely with senior management and directors
