Marketing Operations Executive

An exciting position has arisen for a Marketing Operations Executive to join a not-for-profit organisation that strives to support the refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public sector buildings. The postholder will be providing invaluable support to facilitate the operations of the Marketing function.   

Key responsibilities:

•  Manage the Marketing Operations function by coordinating the delivery of best in class Marketing Operations structure, processes and insights.
•  Monitor and track marketing’s key performance indicators.
•  Analyse data, assess trends and determine actions to optimize performance
•  Drive and support initiatives that assist with the execution of our marketing strategies and that help achieve our growth goals.
•  Design, build and monitor consistent, repeatable and effective processes for the team to quickly adapt to changing business conditions
•  Act as the group marketing lead on CRM projects and data management
•  Work with the comms teams and support with email campaigns on various projects.
•  Project management and operational delivery of key group marketing projects including events.
•  Management of group marketing function budget working closely with the group finance department

Successful candidate profile:

•  Digital Marketing qualification desirable
•  Working knowledge of CRM
•  Project management experience delivering timely objectives
•  Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Length: Permanent

Rate: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

Working pattern: Hybrid
