They are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to join their team! They are B Corp accredited and value openness, innovation, mutual support, and integrity.
The Marketing & Sales assistant is a dynamic and varied role. You’ll work in a virtual environment, ensuring brand consistency and supporting our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include updating marketing materials, managing social media, and aiding in event organisation.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, with a growth mindset and comfortable in a virtual setting. Creativity in content creation, like social media posts and marketing materials, is a plus.
The role is part-time, fully remote, and spans 12 months, with opportunity to extend.
Duties and Responsibilities for this Marketing & Sales Assistant role:
- Assist the Marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials, including training materials, brochures, and digital content.
- Create and update content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing collateral like videos, podcasts, and graphics.
- Oversee marketing document management, ensuring accurate version control and resource availability.
- Engage in sales support activities, including reporting and administrative tasks like database management and survey administration.
- Aid in organising and executing online and in-person events, including webinars and alumni events.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, including content creation, social media engagement, and maintaining the company’s ethical standards.
About you:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn how to use online systems from social media to various online tools (e.g., CRM, Adobe, Canva).
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely, independently or as part of a team.
