Sales and Marketing Assistant - £13ph plus hol pay - Remote

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and sales teams in various tasks aimed at driving a new product launch and wider business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and excited to learn, to apply their skills in a unique company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to scope and identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis
• Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities including setting up meetings with clients and prospects
• Help maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, in person events etc.)
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations including creating social media visual assets and writing copy for social posts with guidance on key messages/calls to action
• Help with video creation/editing and PowerPoint design following brand guidelines/templates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication
• Assist in the design and editing of company websites using WiX
• Track and report on the performance of marketing and sales initiatives
• Other administrative duties as and when required

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Strong interest in marketing and sales with a desire to learn and grow
• Enthusiastic and driven self-starter with a willingness to take on new challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe InDesign
