An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join an award winning international design and manufacturing business,
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Key Account & Marketing Manager and will involve providing key administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department
- To provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department.
- To interface between the internal stakeholders, designated customers and other members of the sales team in a professional manner
- Assisting in the execution of the marketing plan
- Support wider sales team with sales administration tasks including processing orders, raising RFQs, handling customer requests
- To assist with planning, implementation, monitoring of digital and social media activities
- Provide administration for the preparation of promotions, exhibitions, events etc.
- To ensure all company marketing materials are complete and up to date
- Development and maintenance of the existing sales and marketing tools
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Experience working in a marketing, PR and social media environment
- Digital marketing experience
- Experience of design programmes i.e. Photoshop, Creative Cloud Suite
- Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
