Hours: 40 hours. Monday – Friday

The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of tailored engineering solutions across the UK and Ireland.

We have a new opportunity for an ambitious, driven, and creative Marketing Specialist to join our supportive and growing team based in Lisburn.

In this role you will be:

• Responsible for all aspects of marketing and advertising, both online and offline, for Briggs Equipment Ireland.
• Developing new ideas that improve brand awareness and exposure for Briggs Equipment Group.
• Managing websites – including content creation, page building and analytics – with the aim of improving SEO performance, driving traffic, and gaining new business.
• Managing social media – including content creation, scheduling, paid ads, and analytics – with posts on a wide range of subjects, such as events, charity work, career opportunities and staff achievements.
• Creating and editing videos to raise our company profile and promote our business.
• Writing articles for the Briggs company magazine and external publications.
• Developing email marketing campaigns to raise our company profile, attract new business, drive online traffic and promote our events and sponsorships.
• Developing and delivering presentations for internal and external audiences to promote our business proposition, achievements, and future plans.
• Assisting with event preparation and management to ensure we maximise each opportunity and showcase our business in a manner aligned with our values and proposition.

What will help you excel in this role:

• Degree (Second Class Honours or better), or level 6 NVQ, HND or comparable third level qualification in marketing or a similar discipline.
• Excellent written skills and demonstrable experience of being able to tailor written content for different channels, both online and offline.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office software, to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Experience of social media and website management.
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload in a fast-changing working environment.
