Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in Hadleigh, providing a high-end service to the Construction Industry. The Company is in search of a Marketing Specialist (offline) to join their growing and fast-paced team.
The successful candidate will become an integral member of the Marketing Team; They will oversee the offline marketing side of the business, and demonstrate a clear understanding of market research, trends, and competitors.
The successful Marketing Specialist expectations:
- Ideally hold at minimum a degree in Marketing / Communication Management / Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience within a marketing environment - with particular focus on content creation, advertising, social media management, and market research.
- Driving license & car is essential.
- Willingness to travel to Belgium for meetings & training on occasion.

Job Specification
Purpose of the role:
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the digital marketing team & other departments in the company - acting as a brand ambassador to increase brand awareness and enhance their reputation across the industry and community.
The purpose of this role is to collaborate with colleagues to craft compelling offline marketing campaigns that align with the brand's voice and objectives. They will be responsible for driving sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties to include but not limited to…
- Developing and executing content marketing strategies, including editorials, press releases, case studies, & other forms of content to engage target audiences.
- Identify and leverage advertising opportunities across various platforms to maximize brand visibility and reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage sales leads and marketing qualified leads (MQL), ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion.
- Implement customer satisfaction surveys and net promoter score (NPS) initiatives to improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate distribution and retail promotions, including the creation of brochures, point-of-sale materials, portal promotions, flyers, etc.
- Conduct competitor profiling and gather relevant statistics to inform marketing strategies.
