Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a CRM/Digital Customer Specialist, and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £31.36/hr (inside IR35).
As a CRM and digital customer experience specialist, you will join an award-winning Customer Journey team, made up of inspired and motivated professionals who are committed to transforming the business through creative, high-impact messages.
You will define customer touch points, develop our strategic CRM proposition and future direction, and deliver integrated and consistent communications. You will also develop and implement communications to stimulate sales of vehicles and services and, in the process, build familiarity and consideration of our brands.
This role would suit someone with a strong digital customer experience background working for a luxury brand or automotive manufacturer, ideally across a range of product market segments.
In your first few weeks in this CRM/Digital Customer Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Support the implementation and development of the contact strategy across all CRM touchpoints, facilitating the delivery objectives and specifically focusing on the end-to-end Customer Journey, customer touchpoints and contact programmes
- Ability to adopt an analytics and insight approach
- Optimise the current processes to ensure a consistent luxury experience
- Leverage and integrate CRM touchpoints with campaigns and/or new product launches
- Identify opportunities to use customer data to create a more personal customer journey

- Marketing communications or CRM experience in the automotive sector
- Agency and stakeholder management skills
- Significant experience working on CRM and/or digital customer journeys
- Demonstrable project planning and process skills with flexibility to adapt to a wide scope of activities and projects
- SFMC experience
- Understanding and experience of using multiple channels to maintain a consistent 1:1 message
