Summary:
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to increase our clients online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, be able to manage multiple client’s and communicate effectively with multiple internal teams. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and analytics. A track record of managing successful PPC campaigns across various platforms is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimise website content.
- Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Tracking metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page using platforms such as Google Analytics
- Monitoring and reporting on search trends and SEO performance
- Implementing link-building strategies
- Making suggestions for SEO-friendly content creation
- Optimising webpages for mobile devices
PPC Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy to maximise ad performance and ROI.
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies, budgets, and targeting parameters to achieve campaign goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an SEO based role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google My Business etc.
- Experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
