Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role
Coventry Building Society’s digital presence is growing, and we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team to manage content, improve commercial performance of digital journeys and continuously improve our user experience through our websites.
You’ll contribute to the delivery of the Society’s Digital Marketing strategy, building strong and effective working relationships across Marketing, Product, Insight and Change teams.
Key responsibilities include managing and developing content for our websites, collaborating closely with our development and product teams to build new user journeys, monitor performance, and optimise key customer journeys.
You will use customer research data and web analytics to identify opportunities for enhancing digital performance and engagement.
You help the commercial office to deliver new propositions, optimise commercial performance and user experience of our websites and support product, marketing, and content changes.
Joining this team will offer you the opportunity to support and widen your commercial understanding, deepen your understanding of e-commerce and gain exposure to technical projects to enhance our digital capabilities.

About you
For you to be effective in this role we would look for you to demonstrate the following skillsets:
Have an ability to use data and content management systems, along with experience in web access ability and search engine atomization
You will have a commercial mindset and a balanced view to ethically improve website performance and measure performance.
You’ll be analytical and with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders and build positive working relations.
