Starting Monday 4th March - 12 weeks
21 hours office based, over 3, 4 or 5 days.
Our client is looking for a highly organised and efficient Marketing support temp. You will be experienced with excel and great at communicating with clients on the telephone and replying to email queries.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Temp:
- Adding new exhibitors to the client’s website.
- Sending login details to the new exhibitors so they can access the exhibitor zone.
- Monitoring which exhibitors have not completed their online profiles and product categories and chasing.
- Contacting speakers to chase the speaker pics, bios, session titles and synopsis.
- Maintaining master agendas and making agenda updates direct to the website.
- Liaising with designer to provide speakers list, pics, bios, agendas, exhibitor list, exhibitor bios and product categories for 2x show guides and helping with show guide amends.
- Monitor enquiries inbox to reply to customer queries. Providing information where possible or directing queries to relevant team members.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of sorting, filtering, and freezing rows/columns in Excel
- Passion for marketing and events.
- Organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Self-motivated.
