You will be one of the first roles hired into an in-house tech team with a unique opportunity to serve God through your work as a UX Researcher.

To succeed in this role: Central to your success in this role, you will bring with you experience in both research and design of digital products, having worked in multidisciplinary teams, understanding and advocating for the needs of users and customers.
You will bring experience of designing products that meet the needs of users. We’ll be looking for someone with the hard skills to develop high fidelity prototypes and designs using tools such as figma. Doing this work using a collaborative and co-designed approach will be key as you leverage the knowledge of others inside and outside of your team.
A passion for solving problems and meeting needs of users and customers is essential as you will be at the forefront of validating that the right thing is ultimately delivered.
You will also need to have experience in research with end users or customers. This role will involve using different types of research methodologies and tools ranging from high-level, exploratory research around concepts and ideas to lower-level testing of features and components.
This role requires strong communication abilities, playing back research findings, working with others to discuss innovative ideas and plans for designs and explaining user pain points and needs with wider stakeholders and colleagues within the organisation. You will need to be comfortable with the research process, both the logistical pre-interview set up and the conducting of research sessions themselves.
Finally, you will bring with you a good understanding of agile principles and ways of working having seen the importance of iterative ways of working.

Working Arrangement: You will work primarily from our client’s office in London, UK with occasional visits to our client’s other UK offices, customer sites or other locations. After the probation period, the postholder will be required to be in the office 3 days a week.
