Job Duties:
- Drive, manage and grow Amazon & oversee DTC websites, ensuring all listings are optimised and delivering maximum profitability.
- Overall responsibility and management of Amazon & overseeing Websites- including product content (listings & store front) & reviews.
- Uploading new products & imagery across Amazon, and updating existing listings where needed
- Management of all touch points to optimize key site metrics including profits, conversion rate, bounce rate, basket value- and mix, traffic (new and returning) etc.
- Monitor, analyse and report regularly on performance against agreed KPI's.
- Working closely with the digital marketing team to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands marketplaces & Websites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels, at the optimal cost.
- Price products to optimize growth and profit margins.
- Develop, implement & optimise winning advertising campaigns on Amazon using a mix of advertising campaigns (product, brand & video).
- Working in tandem with our Customer Service Executives across all platforms to ensure we are delivering excellent customer service & brand experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing e-commerce and marketplace operations.

Ideal experience?
- Amazon UK & Europe (ideally DE & FR) experience with a turnover exceeding £1m GMV p/a is a prerequisite. Knowledge/experience of selling on Amazon.com & .ca would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of setting up & delivering effective Amazon advertising campaigns (circa annual spend of £150k) on Seller Central across all ad types (Brand, Video, Product). This is a prerequisite.
- Experience working with WooCommerce & Shopify sites with a turnover exceeding £1m GMV p/a would be advantageous.
- At least 3 years' experience of managing a successful Brand/s on Amazon.
- Proficiency in marketplace management software and 3rd party tools.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and trends.
- Commercially driven with an excellent technical ability and a thorough understanding of the Amazon platform
- Numerically highly proficient (accurate first time) with excellent Excel data skills
- Data-driven, decision-making ability.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- A relevant degree (or equivalent work experience) would be advantageous.
- Resilient, can-do attitude with an inquisitive nature
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear appreciation of "Brand" and the fundamental role it plays.
