RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a business looking to recruit a Matchday Hospitality Manager to work closely with the Events and Function Manager to prepare for evening events following matchdays.
As part of your role, you will lead a team of waiters and bartenders during matchdays.
The Role
To be considered for the position, the candidate will need to attend pre-operations meetings on a Thursday to discuss crowd numbers and special requirements. Once matchday numbers and set up have been outlined, the candidate will have to coordinate with kitchen detailing hospitality numbers, organise matchday setup, order stock for kiosks and bars, establish staff routes and kiosk routes.
Organise serving staff, oversee service, set up the bar, tills, and ensure that all staff members work to their capacity under their guidance, as well as following all set up instructions to the letter.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure standards are maintained and service levels are to a high standard
- Complete rota’s for matchday and work within staffing budgets
- Manage cash procedures
- Follow internal procedures
- Work under own initiative and continue to improve our service
It is a part-time job, working a minimum 16 hours per week and a pay rate of £12.50-£15 per hour.
