- Exercise timely and effective control of the products purchased.
- Provide excellent internal service to other departments, and ultimately our customers.
- Manage stock levels and values.
- Restocking used inventory into containers.
- Conduct stock checks on inventory within containers.
- Produce timely accurate reports when required.
- Loading and counting inventory.
- Audit and data maintenance to ensure information is up to date.
- Testing appropriate IT equipment for use with sonar and related equipment.
- Liaising with IT or separately purchasing and managing licensing.
- Installing and maintaining software installations.
- Managing and monitoring related ancillaries.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform any additional reasonable functions as and when required.
- Experience in a similar role (strores/procurement background will be beneficial).
- Very good IT skills.
- Attention-to-detail and organisational skills.
