Job description
A reputable secondary school located in Wellingborough is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Maths and Science Teacher to join its dynamic faculty as soon as possible, with the position anticipated to extend until the end of term. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Maths and Science; however, specialization in either subject will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
*Delivering engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics and Science to secondary school students.
*Planning and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
*Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
*Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies and resources.
*Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
*Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and/or Science, with the ability to teach up to Key Stage 4.
*Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is advantageous.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
