Job Requirements of this Mathematics Specialist role in Woking
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Ability to teach across Entry Level, Functional Skills, Key Stage 3 and GCSE Maths
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and attachment theory
- Commitment to developing engaging and differentiated lessons
- Manage complex and challenging behaviours with a nurturing approach
- Collaborate effectively with therapy professionals, parents/carers, and local authority teams
