About the role We currently recruiting for three MBBS Curriculum Administrators. The post holders will be part of a team responsible for coordinating the programme of study for undergraduate medical students in each of their 5 years of study; for timetabling module teaching and allocating students to clinical placements at our wide network of NHS providers; and for liaising with placement administrators to enable local providers to deliver placement events and content aligned with UCL’s MBBS curriculum requirements and the General Medical Council’s Outcomes for Graduates. Curriculum administrators are the first point of contact for medical students and work collaboratively and sensitively to ensure a high quality and timely service to students and staff to underpin and enhance medical education and the medical student experience. The appointments are available now and are permanent positions. About you The successful candidate will be a proactive administrator able to work with and manipulate complex data; to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders; and to prioritise their own workload to meet time critical deadlines. They will be accurate in their work and skilled at planning ahead; and will have a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service to staff and students to train Tomorrow’s UCL Doctors.
