Contract Scotland's client requires a meticulous and detail-oriented M&E Clerk of Works for the Midlothian area. This position promises a challenging yet rewarding work environment, where your expertise will be instrumental in the successful delivery of building projects.
We expect the contract to last for at least 6 months, and is open to all types of payment including Limited Company.
As the M&E Clerk of Works, you will be ensure that mechanical and electrical works are executed to the highest standards, in accordance with the specifications, and within the stipulated timelines. Your will maintain the integrity of the construction process, safeguarding both the client's interests and the project's success.
