Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity?

We are a leading Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Company, expanding our team in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks on FCUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, lighting, emergency lighting, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site paperwork, submitting it to the office at the required frequency.
• Independently conduct audits and address action points promptly.
• Provide clear and detailed information for quotations.
• Uphold cleanliness and tidiness in plant rooms and designated areas.
• Promptly report relevant issues to the Contracts Manager.
• Provide necessary information requested by the Contracts Manager or office.
• Manage overtime efficiently when required, overseeing additional personnel as needed.
• Deliver reports for out-of-hours servicing within acceptable timeframes.
• Represent the company with professionalism, adhering to all health and safety policies.

• Overtime paid at a flat rate of time and 2/3, up to a maximum of GBP28.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Qualification in a Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC discipline.
• Willing to work in 1 in 20 call out rota.
