Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Manager to join the team based in Watford. As the M&E Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the M&E team, ensuring the efficient delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive works to Building Services Systems within a contracted site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the M&E team in Watford, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive works on Building Services Systems.
Represent the company as a client-facing professional, fostering positive relationships.
Utilise technical skills with LV & HV experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Demonstrate an electrical bias with excellent soft skills for effective team management.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in team management and client interaction.
Technical expertise with LV & HV experience.
Electrical bias and strong soft skills for effective leadership.
IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification is preferred.
Basic skills on Building Management Systems.
Recognised technical qualifications in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferably working towards Incorporated Engineering registration with CIBSE, IET, IMechE, or another approved engineering body.
Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
