SalaryWe are currently looking for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a small but busy organisation based in Northampton. This is a permanent, office-based role working full time hours Monday - Friday and offering up to GBP50K dependant on experience. Our client is ideally looking for a candidate who is available to start immediately!
The Role:
- Managing, planning and organising the day-to-day workload of crews
- Responsible arranging crews to attend emergency call outs
- Liaising and coordinating with crews to ensure projects are completed on time
- Ensuring all crews have the correct information and equipment for each job
- Ensuring all crews complete work safely and to a high standard
- Carry out occasional site visits and spot checks when required
- Keep up to date with Health & Safety regulations
You:
- Previous supervisory experience within the drainage industry is essential
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge with the drainage industry
- Thrives on working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication interpersonal skills
- Great problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Computer literate
- Hold a full clean driving license
The Package:
- Up to GBP50K dependant on experience
- Working full time hours per week Monday to Friday
