Mechanical Assembler

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Production Operatives/Assembly Operatives for our clients manufacturing site based in Fareham.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Carrying out mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Assisting with the builds of units.
• Product testing and quality control.
• Manufacturing products to concise client specification.
• Using a variety of hand tools.
• Working from engineering drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Adhering to all health and safety standards.

0700 - 1530 Monday - Friday. (Early finish Friday).

Full time, ongoing position with potential of permanency.

Previous extensive production and assembly experience is essential for this job role. Please politely do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.

£13.16 - £13.43 per hour, dependent on experience.

Overtime available.

• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
