Monday to Friday - 37.5 per week
My client who are an innovative leader in engineering principles are looking for someone to join their electro mechanical assembly team. This will involve assembly and build of sub-assemblies through to finished products. Due to the required high quality standards and sometimes complex nature of products this role would suit someone with electro mechanical fitting experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Electro mechanical assembly of a large range of products for different industries
Keeping the team and management updated on workflow
Collaborating with other team members to improve working methods
Support in the raising of Engineering Change Requests and feeding back engineering issues
Supporting working to best practice and helping to keep this refreshed and updated.
Ensuring product is wired and mechanically assembled correctly and on time as required
Ensuring that the safety of your colleagues remains uncompromised
Assisting in booking of all units passed to test or stores and completion of necessary documentation
Communicating effectively with Team Leaders
Assisting with Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis and recording any action points and tasks
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Essential
Ideally you will have 3 years electro mechanical production experience
You will have experience of Crimping, Soldering, Panel wiring.
High level of accuracy in work standards
Quality driven work attitude and ethic
Desirable
IPC620 Specialist or Similar Qualification (Preferred)
5s experience (Preferred)
Experience of Bonding
Experience of Brazing
Experience of Machining
Previous experience of equipment testing / rig testing
