We're seeking a seasoned Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of mechanical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate mechanical system design, installation, and commissioning.
• Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other systems.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and project timelines.
• Implement quality control measures and manage handovers.
• Foster a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of subcontractors and direct labour.

Qualifications:

• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS certifications.
• Proven experience in mechanical building services management.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and digital solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
