This Engineering Consultancy pride themselves on their consistency of high-level work, alongside their fantastic staff retention. They work UK wide with offices in a number of major cities in the UK and Europe working on high end commercial, educational and media projects, as well as school and medical centres.

In this role you will be producing design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit looking at Utilities and HVAC design and more, you will be liaising with clients, consultants, and construction teams. The role is primarily office based but will require some site visits. There is clear scope to develop and mould your own team once within the business.

This role would suit an Mechanical Design Engineer from a Building Services background looking to make their mark within a reputable business, with full autonomy to manage your workload and the chance to grow your own team of engineers.

The Role:

• Design Mechanical installations including the production of design drawings, diagrams and schematics along with project specifications and schedules
• Design Mechanical installations to meet energy efficiency and low carbon requirements
• Lead an M&E team in delivering projects, attend meetings and project reviews
• Manage client and design team
• Undertake lead engineer duties whilst taking an active role in the development of the team

The Person:

• Mechanical Building Services background
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Project management skills with relevant software
