Form of workProvide engineering support to all areas of production to include:
- Become familiar with silicon wafer dicing, the sputtering and lapping process, laser welding and wire bonding process plus all aspects of the Machines.
- Maintain the machines
- Specifying and writing of dicing programs
- Designing and producing fixtures to suit
- Implement improvements to current processes
- Take over operator duties as required and become familiar with all aspects of the assembly of products.
