We are working with an education provider in the Coventry area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Trainer (Machining) to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position at a longstanding and reputable education provider who have a specialism in Engineering skills. The job role would consist of you training Mechanical Engineering learners on their manual machining (milling, turning, etc) and hand fitting skills (up to level 3).
The starting salary for this position is between £38,000 and £42,000 per annum, and the package would also include a contributory pension (you would pay in 4%, and the company would pay in 8%) and 25 days holiday allowance (plus Bank Holidays).
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification
-Excellent knowledge of manual machining
-A desire to pass on your engineering knowledge
Please note that the education provider would be able to put you through a teaching qualification on the job if you do not already have one.
