Role:Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities to develop and grow your career
Hours: Monday to Friday with 3 shifts (7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am)
Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Leicester and surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work within a large industrial company at one of their automated factories. Those who are keen to learn and develop their skills, it comes with opportunities to receive on-going training, support and investment in becoming a successful engineer. Responsibilities
Working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your role will be to support a range of equipment and machinery across the plant, specifically maintenance including reactive, trouble-shooting and repair tasks, planned preventative maintenance, new installations and refurbishments. The role is varied and rewarding.
If you know your way around a toolbox and have previous experience maintaining, bearings, chains, belts, sprockets, gears, pumps etc. then this role could be ideal for you.
Requirements
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer - completed a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship or hold a mechanical engineering qualifications
- Maintenance or service or fitting background of machinery with exposure to such things like pumps, belts, chains, motors, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.
- Keen to learn and turn your hands to a variety of equipment and machinery
- Friendly and adaptable working attitude
- Proactive and career motivated, keen to learn and get your hands dirty
