SalaryPosition: Mechanical Maintenance/Production Engineer
Location: Nottingham (Beeston)
Job Type: Permanent – 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days and Nights)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 OTE (Inc Shift Allowance)

I am currently looking for Mechanical line Production Engineers to join a state-of the-art world class healthcare site in Nottingham (Beeston). The company has huge demand for healthcare Products and is currently undertaking mass expansion. They’re the world’s largest health and hygiene manufactures working on Nurofen, Gaviscon, strepsils and more.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this role you will be operating and maintaining high speed packaging lines making sure the line is operating effectively while providing technical support and management to the Line Operators.
Sustain and challenge key performance indicators while delivering high quality standards. Ensuring the plans are delivered and achieved i.e Planned maintenance, customer service and waste reduction targets.
Experience or Qualifications:
- NVQ LVL 2 or 3 within a Mechanical Discipline
- Background within a fast-paced manufacturing Environments
- Strong knowledge and experience within Mechanical production/maintenance
- Fault finding skills
- Strong career aspirations and drive
- Positive mindset and flexibility
Desirable:
- Current/previous experience working with valves, hydraulics, robotics, airflows, Pneumatics etc
