Mechanical Project Manager, M&E

My client who is a leader within the Construction Industry has a Key Requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager M&E for a contract based in Gateshead.

Must be willing to travel across the North.

Paying upto £75k DOE.

Will be working from site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years Trade based experience and associated qualifications.
• Capable of managing and leading operatives to successful completion of projects.
• SSSTS or equivalent.
• Managing and Supervising multiple trade packages and operatives
• Carry out progress reviews and reports
• Represent the client in progress and co-ordination meetings
• Procurement of plant and materials in line with specification, drawings and cost plan.
• Manage commissioning process and handover to client.
