Mechanical Site Manager

Apex Resources are looking for Mechanical Site Manager in Bromley by Bow E3

Working on a large residential development.

Start: ASAP

Duration : 8 months work

Duties include:

Booking in of deliveries

Booking in operatives to the access system

Inductions

Toolbox talks

Health and safety on site

Site co-ordination meetings with client

Site co-ordination meetings between the different trades

Site co-ordination with storage of materials and plant

Ordering of materials

Weekly reports to office team

Reporting and close working with contracts manager & operations manager

Review of workmanship and compliance to spec and drawings

General management of sub-contractors and filing

Day rate is negotiable depending on experience.
