Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Site Manager for Night Shifts, you will play a critical role in our client's construction project, ensuring the smooth operation and management of mechanical systems during nighttime operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing the team engaged in flushing the landlords' systems, with a focus on maintaining the project's schedule and quality standards throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the team conducting flushing of the landlords' systems during nighttime operations, with a primary focus on mechanical systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, project specifications, and quality standards, particularly concerning mechanical installations.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow and address any issues or concerns related to mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues or hazards with mechanical systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment during Night Shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and other relevant documentation related to mechanical systems.
- Address any emergencies or unforeseen challenges that may arise during the night shift promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Strong background in mechanical systems, with experience in construction or related fields.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably overseeing mechanical systems during Night Shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- Flexibility to work nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
