Company:
Fit Out Main Contractor who usually operate within Central London and working on projects ranging from as small as £200k up to £15m. Usually taking on various CAT A and Cat B projects and sometimes an M&E Bias project.
The Job:
Immediate requirement for a Mechanical Site Manager to run a project in Central London, The job will include a full strip out and replacement of Roof pant rooms, new boilers, replacement of all air handling systems. The client is looking for someone that has experience managing a project and reporting to a visiting Project Manager.
Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
The Manager can be / have:
• Track record of working on Commercial / fit out jobs
• Must have Mechanical bias background

• Can hit the ground running

• Good eye for detail
• Strong Manager - Able to push the trades.
• Great quality assurance skills
• Health and Safety focused
This role might also be called TSM, technical services manager, M&E manager, Mechanical Construction Manager etc

• New flooring to be installed.
• Fit out of new Laboratories
• Fit out of new office areas
• Painting & Decorating throughout the building
• New Partition Walls to be erected
• Full M&E re - fit, Including New Ventilation and A/C throughout
Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
