I’m keen to speak to individuals looking for a full-time, permanent Media and PR Manager position, working for a fantastic, established Children’s Charity. The position can be offered as a remote role, or hybrid working in London, or another UK office. The charity works across the UK on campaigns, policy and fundraising work to bring about change for children and young people. If you want to inspire action through your communications and make a tangible difference I’d love to talk to you!
The media team promotes the work of charity in newspapers, radio, online and on television. You will have an excellent news sense and help achieve coverage that makes an impact. You will plan and deliver creative, targeted media relations and PR projects working alongside colleagues in marketing, digital, policy, public affairs and research to produce content that is striking, brave and relevant.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- have significant experience of media relations, sound judgement and first-rate written and verbal communication skills
- be able to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities, with a good eye for detail
- be an effective networker, forging good working relationships and connections across the organisation to source stories and ideas
- have creative flair and enjoy floating new media PR ideas to amplify opportunities for coverage and campaigns
If this sounds like you, then please call 0207 820 7302 to start the conversation, or email me Hannah.whittington@harrishill.co.uk for a job pack.
