Media Sales Executive/Account Manager (Field Sales Role)
OTE £35,000 includes Company Car / Car Allowance & Bonus
To develop long term creative partnerships across print, radio and digital. You'll need to constantly present exciting fresh ideas to your existing clients. A big part of this role will be to develop new business relationships, to meet agreed monthly targets set by manager, produce creative ideas, understand and influence using marketing audience data.
Job Description
Develop relationships with client decision makers within organisations, to develop long term profitable relationships. Meet agreed monthly targets. Update sales potential sheets with new/existing client details. Ensure monthly KPI indicators are achieved. Identify new business and build rapport & relationships with the decision makers and meet agreed monthly targets for new clients. Demonstrate a full understanding of all KM Media Group products & services available to the client.
To promote and ensure that effective two way communication happens throughout the department. Keep in contact with manager via mobile/email each day and throughout the day if required. Attend weekly sales meetings. Communicate to the manager/team of progress and explain updates on pitched business and meetings. Discuss niche/supplements & creative ideas at all times to your current and new clients. Attend a monthly 121 meeting with your manager to update on performance & progress. Communication with clients must be no less than 80% of the working week, ensuring at all times you fit with the client’s needs. Ensure you complete the CRM system in line with our KPI process. Manage your calendar/diary to ensure you meet client expectations. Visit the client on a regular basis to discuss campaigns are on track to deliver the agreed objectives and ROI.
