Consult are proud once again to be working exclusively with a highly renowned, multinational Dental organisation who are paving the way in the design and manufacture of dental implants, prosthetic components and surgical instruments. Our client are dominating the market with their wide range of quality products and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to join their team in the South West.
Offering a very generous remuneration package, bonus structure & car allowance, you will be responsible for driving growth of existing account in the South West region but also identifying new business opportunities where possible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for actively generating new sales and maintaining existing client base.
- Develop relationships with dental practices, dental schools and hospital-based dental residency programs.
- Deliver presentations to dental staff, at all levels, often technical.
- Attendance to all applicable national trade shows and company meetings as requested.
- Submit timely planning and sales report activity, and business progress reports to GM as requested.
- Implement sales strategies as set by GM.
About You:
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science
- Strong background in the dental and/or dental biotech industry with proven sales results.
- Outside dental sales experience is required.
- Knowledge and experience of sales growth process.
- Must possess exceptional follow-up skills, strong work ethic and be able to work and thrive in an independent environment.
- Candidate will demonstrate a clear vision of growth strategy.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and ability to travel overnight including some weekends.
- Regularly manage and plan territory business through CRM Sales Force
