Medical Administrator

Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in Barking to recruit an experienced Administrator on an initial temporary contract until 3/12/23 with the potential to extend.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role will start fully office based and then has the potenital to move to remote working 2 days a week.

Main duties of the role involve:

• Answering phones
• Opening referrals, progress notes, case load transfers, allocations and zoning.
• Using Excel & word.
• Logging referrals on excel and attending meetings to take minutes and action the outcome to referrers.
• Covering reception

To be considered for this role, previous experience within the NHS will be essential. Previous experience of using System One and RIO would be an advantage for this role.
