Salary: £22,816 - £24,336 per annum (plus unsocial enhancements)Hours: 37.5 (varying shift patterns covering days, nights, weekends, bank holidays etc.)Contract: permanent Your new roleTo answer and process, as described, all telephone calls are presented.To ensure all calls are answered in an effective and efficient manner.To support the Clinical Desk answering and assisting with calls from trust staffTo ensure calls presented to the Clinical Desk are answered in an effective and efficient manner.What you'll need to succeedExperience of inputting data accurately and quickly using a keyboardBasic computer literacyPrevious experience of dealing with members of the public in a customer service environmentGood telephone mannerAbility to deal with conflict resolution.Be available for 4 weeks of training from March. What you'll get in return
- All hours on a Saturday and any weekday after 8pm and before 6am = time%
- All hours on a Sunday and public holidays = time%
After 4 weeks of initial training you will then be taken on by the company on a contract basis. Weekly pay Pension allowance35 days annual leave.
