Responsibilities:- Greet Customers: Welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
- Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Customer records: Maintain electronic records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Billing and Payments: Assist with billing inquiries, process payments, and handle insurance claims.
- General Administrative Tasks: Support with administrative duties as needed.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in a Medical Receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer Service: Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
