Medical Receptionist

We require a Medical Receptionist to work as part of the medical team to ensure all areas of reception run smoothly. The successful candidate will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way and will provide general assistance to the practice team including GPs, nurses and management. They will project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. Candidates should be able to demonstrate adaptability to change and work alongside peers in maintaining positivity. .
