SalaryMy client based in Cheadle is looking for a Medical Secretary to join their hardworking and friendly team.
Salary: £23,000pa (£11.80ph)
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch) - can be flexible with start and end times
This is a temporary role and will run for 2 months minimum with the potential to be extended.
Key Duties:
- Audio Typing
- Diary Management
- Produce documents where needed
- Answer telephone queries
- Writing letters
- Filing
- Updating systems and databases
- All other duties as required
Experience Required:
- High attention to detail
- Great customer service skills both face to face, over the phone and via email.
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Audio Typing experience
- Working in a medical environment in desirable but not essential
- Hardworking and punctual
