Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (QVH) was ranked Good in its most recent CQC inspection and employs 1100 people at its only site at East Grinstead in West Sussex. QVH has an enviable reputation for providing specialist reconstructive surgery and expert therapy and rehabilitation services for people across the South of England who have experienced damage or disfigurement as a result of disease (including cancer), trauma, burns, major surgery or a congenital condition. In addition, QVH also provides first class community medical services for the local population at East Grinstead.
The role will report to the Head of Employee Services.
The successful candidate will need to have some experience of the following:
- Consulting Job Planning rounds and new job plan set up
- Revalidation and Appraisals process
- Setting up and managing rotas for Junior Doctors
- Medical and Dental leave for all grades
- Medical and Dental terms and conditions
In terms of skills the ideal candidate will possess the following:
