*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mediterranean chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef at LA Durum, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, talent, and expertise in the kitchen. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with recipes and standards.

- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and concepts.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience as a Mediterranean chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality establishment.

- Strong culinary skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques must have knowledge of Arabic, Turkish and Lebanese food.

- Creativity and ability to develop innovative and appealing dishes.

- Excellent communication English, Arabic, Urdu and leadership abilities.

- Commitment to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,500.00-£38,800.00 per year
