If you have confidence, excellent communication skills and customer service experience, then we would like to hear from you. We would particularly like to speak to candidates with previous experience working for a professional membership body, professional institute, regulator or in higher education. Our client has in excess of 10,000 members so we are looking for applicants who are confident handling high volumes of data quickly and accurately. A real focus on customer service will also be key as you will deal with queries over the phone and via email in an efficient, professional manner.
