We are looking for a proactive and experienced Administrator, with excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS Office, Dynamics and PowerBi, to join an interesting and busy organisation based near Bloomsbury, on a permanent basis.
The Membership Administratorwill need to be highly organised, diligent, reliable and proactive. You will need strong PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM knowledge, understanding of Invoicing / Debt Recovery, good communication skills and a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
What's on offer?This is a Monday to Friday role, based in the offices on Great Portland Street; a competitive salary, company pension and private medical insurance is on offer.
Our client may consider shorter hours for the successful candidate.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General membership and subscription administration duties
- Maintaining and updating records
- Answering calls in a professional and personable manner, responding to questions and queries
- Building a bank of knowledge to be able to provide accurate advice to members
- Responding to internal and external emails
- Maintaining databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
What we're looking for:
- Previous Administrator experience in a busy and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise competing tasks
- IT literate - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PP), Dynamics and PowerBi and knowledge/understanding of CRM databases
- Understanding of Invoicing / Debt Recovery
- Proactive self-starter
- Reliable, diligent and conscientious
