TPP are working with an independent professional association to recruit an Membership Administrator and Customer Service to join one of their established teams. You will undertake all the necessary administration activities in support of the organisation and to help achieve the aims of the company's business plan. This is a full -time (36.25 hours) permanent contract and offers hybrid working arrangements with occasional travel to the London office. The salary offered is £22,241 per annum with excellent employee benefits such as income protection scheme, private medical insurance, Gym Flex, cycle scheme and Season ticket loan.
As the Membership Administrator and Customer Service you will deliver excellent Customer Service by providing accurate and concise information and deal with the end-to-end process of all applications including updating members qualifications information and enter and maintain course records on the company databases.
You will assist with processes associated with the recruitment assessment and training of new Accreditation team members and assist with the administration of both online and physical meetings as required, this may include travelling to other venues.
To be considered for the role you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
* Competent user of MS applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and database input
* The ability to undertake a wide range of tasks during times of peak activity
* Some experience of undertaking administration activities
* Experience of using Customer Service skills
* Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
