You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support for administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of various processes within the organisational framework. Salary/rate: £16.48 per hour

Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Clear significant backlog.
- Manage phone and email inquiries from both members and non-members.
- Attend team or department meetings and share relevant updates.
- Develop a broad understanding of the CPD returns process and Student membership.
- Process CPD submissions and oversee the distribution of CPD records for assessment.
- Act as the primary contact for CPD-related queries, ensuring timely responses.
- Monitor CPD returns and take extra steps to encourage submissions when needed.
- Serve as the Administrator for the Professional Development Panel, handling agendas, papers, minutes, reports, and assigned tasks.
- Handle queries about Student membership and miscellaneous emails in the Education inbox.
- Process Student applications on our CRM and collaborate with relevant departments for smooth cohort form uploads.
- Support the administration of Student Liaison Officers, working with the Education Executive to enhance student recruitment and monitor changes in student numbers.
- Undertake administrative tasks to support the Education Team, including assistance with Educational Awards and distribution of branded materials.
- Provide support for membership retention campaigns throughout the retention cycle.
The successful candidate:
- The preferred candidate should have experience working in within awarding body/regulator/membership organisations or of a similar nature, given that the primary emphasis of this role is to address and clear a backlog. You will possess excellent organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You approach your work with a systematic and methodical mindset, effectively managing a multi-stream and complex workload while thriving under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, complemented by a pleasant telephone manner.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the capability to scrutinise detailed information are crucial. A flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated individual, you should driven by a passion to deliver an outstanding level of service to members and provide exemplary membership support.
- Collaboration is key, so the ability to work in a small team and collaboratively with other departments is highly valued. Proficiency in IT skills, including CRM data management (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent), advanced skills in Word and Outlook, and intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint would be beneficial for this role.
