Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Rothwell, Leeds

Contract Details: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year

Responsibilities:

📞 Conduct both inbound and outbound telesales to increase the organisation's membership base.

📞 Follow the sales strategy to promote and sell membership to potential clients.

📞 Convert initial interest into full membership within expected timeframes.

📞 Stay updated with the range of products and services offered to clients.

📞 Deliver a positive sales experience to every potential member.

📞 Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

📞 Keep track of competitor activity and stay informed about the market.

📞 Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.

📞 Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

✔️ Proven experience in telesales, selling products/services to individuals or SMEs.

✔️ Experience in both cold calling and following up on warm leads.

✔️ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

✔️ Familiarity with CRM systems.

✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

✔️ Outstanding telephone manner.

✔️ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

✔️ Strong organisational and time management skills.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

🔹 Previous experience in the building industry or related sectors.

Technologies:

🖥️ Microsoft Excel and Word

🖥️ CRM systems
