Title: Telesales Executive



Location: Rothwell, Leeds



Contract Details: Permanent



Salary: Β£27,000 - Β£30,000 per year

Responsibilities:



πŸ“ž Conduct both inbound and outbound telesales to increase the organisation's membership base.



πŸ“ž Follow the sales strategy to promote and sell membership to potential clients.



πŸ“ž Convert initial interest into full membership within expected timeframes.



πŸ“ž Stay updated with the range of products and services offered to clients.



πŸ“ž Deliver a positive sales experience to every potential member.



πŸ“ž Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.



πŸ“ž Keep track of competitor activity and stay informed about the market.



πŸ“ž Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.



πŸ“ž Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR.



Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



βœ”οΈ Proven experience in telesales, selling products/services to individuals or SMEs.



βœ”οΈ Experience in both cold calling and following up on warm leads.



βœ”οΈ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.



βœ”οΈ Familiarity with CRM systems.



βœ”οΈ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



βœ”οΈ Outstanding telephone manner.



βœ”οΈ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.



βœ”οΈ Strong organisational and time management skills.



Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



πŸ”Ή Previous experience in the building industry or related sectors.
